Heights Elementary -

Dear Heights Families,

I am writing to share an important leadership update regarding Heights Elementary.

The Clarkston School District Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Jordan Jennings as Principal of Heights Elementary. We appreciate Jordan's service to our students, staff, and families, and wish him well in his future endeavors.

To ensure continuity and stability for the Heights Elementary community, I have appointed Rebecca Lockhart as Interim Principal effective July 1, 2026.

Rebecca currently serves as the District's Executive Director of Student Services and has worked closely with students, staff, and families throughout Clarkston School District. Many of you may already know Rebecca through her work supporting our schools and students. She is committed to supporting the Heights Elementary community, and I am confident she will provide strong leadership while continuing the positive culture and high-quality educational experience our students deserve.

We are committed to ensuring a smooth transition and will continue working closely with staff and families to support the success of Heights Elementary.
